🌟ICC Armenia Women Entrepreneurs Task Force hosted a round table discussion titled “Women’s Opportunities and Challenges in the Corporate Environment.”
👩💼 The event brought together women Founders, CEOs and business leaders from the ICC Armenia Community for an open and honest conversation about their professional journeys, experiences and the challenges they have encountered along the way.
💬 The discussion covered a range of important topics, including balancing career and family, the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Armenia, social expectations, leadership, career development, psychological resilience and business opportunities.
🚀 We also explored the factors behind future success — how to overcome challenges, make the most of new opportunities and continue growing while maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
