About us · What is ICC Armenia?

The national committee of the world business organization

The International Chamber of Commerce is the institutional representative of more than 45 million companies in over 170 countries. For more than a century it has worked to make business work for everyone, everywhere.

Through its global network of national committees, member companies and business organizations, ICC promotes international trade, responsible business conduct, the rule of law and sustainable economic growth. It brings the voice of business to governments and international institutions, and is the only business organization with official Observer Status at the United Nations General Assembly. Through ICC Armenia, Armenian businesses are connected to that network.

About Us · Values

What we hold to

Five principles decide what the committee takes on, whom it speaks for, and how it speaks.

01

Integrity first

Members sign up to the ICC rules on ethics and anti-corruption. Positions are declared, interests are disclosed.

02

Open, rules-based trade

Predictable rules beat improvisation. We defend the multilateral system that Armenian exporters depend on.

03

Member-led

Commissions are chaired by members and the agenda comes from them — the secretariat serves the agenda, it does not set it.

04

Responsible business

Growth that holds: environmental standards, fair marketing and the Nviroum CSR Awards.

05

Armenia in the world

Local practice raised to international standards, and Armenian interests carried into global negotiating rooms.

Integrity is a membership condition, not a slogan — every member signs up to the ICC rules on ethics and anti-corruption.
