How a commission works
Corporate members hold five seats, SMEs three, allocated across the commissions they choose.
Each commission is chaired by a member company and sets its own annual programme.
Positions, guidance notes, trainings and roundtables with regulators and partners.
Output is carried into ICC global commissions and to the national institutions concerned.

Task forces
Task forces bring stakeholders together around a single sector or a single market. Five work on sectors of the Armenian economy; five are international, building business, trade and investment relations with a partner country. Members can join an existing task force or propose a new one.

Dispute resolution
Arbitration & ADR
The ICC International Court of Arbitration is the world’s leading institution for resolving cross-border commercial disputes. ICC Armenia is the local entry point: guidance on clauses, case filing, and access to mediation and expertise services.
“All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.”
Services
Binding awards enforceable in over 170 states under the New York Convention.
Facilitated settlement under the ICC Mediation Rules.
Independent technical findings for contract and valuation disputes.
Standing boards for long-term infrastructure and construction contracts.
Filing with the Secretariat of the Court, with the arbitration agreement.
The tribunal is appointed or confirmed by the Court.
Terms of reference, hearings and evidence under the ICC Rules.
Scrutinised by the Court before it is issued — then enforceable.
